IF ACTIONS BY HIS/HER CLIENTS JEAPORDIZE OUR AD SYSTEMS, NETWORKS, OR DO NOT FOLLOW WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE PRESENTED IN THIS AGREEMENT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE TRAFFIC CAMPAIGN WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE AND WE FURTHER RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT REFUND ANY MONEY INVOLVED. FURTHER, WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CHARGEBACKS MADE BY CLIENTS.

Client acknowledges that by placing an order with 1stMarketingResources.com that they have read, acknowledged and fully understood ALL paragraphs of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All orders are assigned a campaign id. Traffic normally starts flowing within 24-48 hours following the date ordered during normal business operations. If you create a campaign on the weekend (defined as Saturday and Sunday), your campaign will not be approved until Monday. Depending on the demand this time may be longer.
